Homera Monitor

Keep an eye on your mortgage, every month.

Servicers change payments, move loans and add charges. Connect your loan account, or add your statement each month, and we'll tell you plainly what changed, or that nothing did.

$299 a year. Payment is not switched on in this test build.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your loan account

Sign in to your bank in a secure window and we read your balance, rate and payments. Or add a PDF of your latest statement. Then you confirm your home's address.

  2. 2

    Each month, we look again

We read your loan account again (or you add the new statement), compare it with the month before and check your county's public records for your home.

  3. 3

    Get a plain update

All clear when nothing changed. When something did, what it means, what you can do and your rights.

Did a Homera Audit? Tap “Keep watching your loan” on your audit results and we'll start from it, with nothing to type again.

What we watch for

  • Your payment, escrow or interest rate changing
  • Fees or charges that weren't there beforeFrom your statement
  • Your loan moving to a new company
  • New papers recorded on your home at the county
  • When mortgage insurance may come off
  • Your year-end interest (Form 1098) adding upFrom your statement

Your loan account shows your balance, rate and payments. Fees, escrow payments and your year-end summary show only on your statement, so we ask for one when it helps.

We only tell you when something changed and a step you could take. When we're not sure, a person checks first. We never contact your mortgage company for you.
